鉄骨階段 塗装工事｜新宿区
新宿区のオフィスビルにて、鉄骨階段の塗装および補修工事を行いました。
事前の巡回点検において、雨水が滞留しやすい支柱の付け根などに腐食や穴開きが確認されたため、
鉄骨交換等の大規模改修に至る前の予防保全として施工しました。
作業工程では、足場設置と養生を行った後、下地処理のためサビ落とし（ケレン作業）を実施しました。
下塗りで鉄部を守る強力なサビ止めを塗布し、腐食による穴開き箇所をパテで補修。
仕上げとして、中塗り・上塗りの2工程で十分な厚みの塗膜を形成し、耐久性と美観を向上させました。大規模な修繕コストの発生を未然に防ぎ、建物を維持管理するうえで費用対効果の高いメンテナンスを実現しています。

集合住宅 鉄部塗装｜渋谷区
渋谷区の集合住宅にて、鉄部塗装工事を実施しました。
工事では鉄骨階段や各種鋼材、パイプシャフト扉、消火送水管、機械式駐車場の格子など、建物内外の鉄部全般を対象に塗装を行いました。
塗装前には仮設足場や飛散防止ネット、昇降設備を設置し、安全かつ効率的に作業を進めています。既存の鉄部はケレン作業（旧塗膜の除去）を行った後、錆止め塗布とシリコン塗装の2回塗りで仕上げ、耐候性と美観を確保。駐輪機の撤去や廃材処理など付帯作業も合わせて実施し、建物全体の安全性と維持管理性を向上させています。
